There is a minimum order amount of $20 for online payment. This form is for submitting an online Credit Card payment of your Photo order only and not for submitting the actual form. After you fill out the form and click Submit, you will be taken to a page to complete the Credit Card payment. IMPORTANT: YOU MUST STILL SEND IN YOUR COMPLETED ORDER FORM! We must receive a completed Picture Order from your school or organization before we can process your order.

Policies: Snappz reserves the right to cancel any order or make changes to our online payment at any time. We will issue refunds only within 3 days of placement of this order and only if order has not been fulfilled. Refunds may incur a 2% processing charge. It is the responsibility of the payee to provide accurate information and Snappz assumes no liability for orders that are wrong due to incorrect information. The completed form with order information must be received by us in order to process an order. Please note on your submitted order form in the payment area by circling Other that payment is expected online. This online form is for payment only and not submission of photo orders. If the Photo Order Form is not received within 5 days of the due date noted on it, no refunds will be issued. All requests or problems may be addressed by filling out the Contact Form.
